I remember back In the late 60's Romeo asked me to teach him how to play the Bass. In the 70's he followed me to Cali. I gave him his first gigs at Motown doing
demo sessions for me. I introduced him to the Hollywood music scene. He became one of the greatest Bassists of our time. Everyone who's ever met & played with Romeo loved him.
We will miss him.
Leon came out to share with my Songwriting class in Los Angeles.
I had the priviledge of accompanying Gospel legend Andrae Crouch in Anaheim CA last year 2014. We will miss him and his anointed music.
Joe created the incredible opening for Diana Ross' "Love Hangover" which I arranged. RIP Joe.
Motown songwriter & producer. We became brothers in Music and in the Ministry for over 40yrs.
My wife & I both were friends with the Jackson family since the 70's
